I spoke with Elisabeth Kurkowski about our project with global HR of Deutsche Bank. At that time, Elisabeth Kurkowski was in charge of global internal communications of the Human Resources function of Deutsche Bank.
Within the HR transformation Elisabeth had project responsibility for „Change Management and Communications“ at Deutsche Bank. We developed the workshops together with the Senior Management Team of global HR and Elisabeth. All about 1,600 HR employees took part in the small-group (6-10 employees) dialogue-based, visual and data- and facilitator-supported workshops discovering the Why, What and How of the global HR transformation by themselves.
